Sweater weather... finally, SWEATER WEATHER! The temperature has dropped and it's time to pull out all your sweaters, but leave the ugly ones for Christmas.
Don't we all just love this time of year! Fuzzy boots, big coats, cute sweaters with matching hats. I always feel like I'm walking around wrapped in my favorite blanket when I have a sweater on, comfort level is on 1000!
Oversized sweaters are my favorite. Anytime I can get away with not wearing pants I have to take advantage of that. Pairing this with some thigh boots and your favorite accessories and you've made the most basic outfit a fashion statement.
Just don't go overboard with the sizing. When picking out the perfect sized oversize sweater just go up a size or two guaranteeing the sweater covers all the goods, but it should not come past your knees. The sweater should be very bulky even in the sleeves. If it's fitted anywhere it'll start to look like a dress... a very ugly oversized dress.
If you are going for a sweater dress vibe there are multiple ways you can pull a cute, classy but sassy sweater dress off. Who said sweaters cant be sexy?!
Instead of a bulky sweater go for one that is fitted in the sleeves and the body. One that cinches in at the waist and can give you a nice coke bottle figure. The length for these dresses is based off of preference but it is very important that the dress fits your curves nicely.
If not... well you be forced to walk around all day looking like the picture below.
